thanks Steve, sometimes think i'm rambling like a madman.

its getting close to going together now, polished the trap door yesterday (sorry no pics) couple of other bits to finish and then i will go through the assembly. been an interesting project.

Major symptoms: tunnel vision, narrow-mindedness, affection for one specific color; aggressiveness toward other colors. Minor symptoms: dirty fingernails, flat wallet, weekend domestic absence. Not known to be fatal. Treatment: none known, none wanted.

Is that an original one re-worked or is it made from scratch?
Did you mate a new piece of alloy to the cast piece?
Whatever, it looks pretty.

Mick do you use the 5 speed primary and starter and clutch now with that

trap door is made from scratch from a 2 pieces of flat Aluminum.

the rest is all "mick" built items as well, inner & outer primary with evo starter. sticking with the stock 4 speed clutch.
